Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery
UK delivery is free on all orders of £150 GBP or more in value. The standard delivery charge for orders under £150 GBP in value is £4.80 GBP for upto 5kg in weight and £10.00 GBP for orders weighing over 5kg. Goods will be sent by UK courier to the address you specify either from ourselves or in some cases directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor. Delivery will usually be within 48 hours of despatch (excluding weekends). Certain items may take longer than this but should there be any significant delay we will contact you with the details and offer you the option of cancelling your order.

International Delivery
For some destinations and heavier products, there may be unforeseen delivery premiums and occasionally, we may need to make an additional charge. If this is the case, we will inform you by email prior to processing your order and you will have the option of cancelling instead. You can arrange collection from us if you wish to use your own preferred courier.
Please note: There may be a customs clearance delay for goods delivered to destinations outside the UK whilst awaiting payment of any import duties. All import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Despatch Schedule
When goods are in stock, we aim to despatch all orders received by 12 noon (GMT) the same day. Any order received after that time will be despatched the next working day. A signature will be required for all goods at the point of delivery.
Some products are built to order and consequently the delivery time for these will be longer. We will always email you with the expected delivery date.

Returns
If you wish to return goods for any reason you must follow our returns procedure. Returned goods will not be accepted unless the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for all returned goods until they are signed for by ourselves. Please check with your courier to ensure that the goods are insured for their full value. See our Terms & Conditions for further details.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders cancelled after despatch of the goods will be subject to a minimum handling fee of 15% of the invoice price to cover re-stocking, administration costs and card processing fees. If the packaging has been opened and resealed a testing fee of £20 will be incurred. Delivery costs will not be refunded. A restocking fee of up to 40% of the original invoice value may be levied on items returned after 7 days of the goods being delivered. Items built to order or customised in any way may not be returnable and if we do accept returns there will be a restocking fee of at least 25%. If any returned goods are not received in their original condition or are missing any packaging, manuals or accessories no refund will be issued, you will be informed by email and will be required to have the goods collected at your own expense.

See our Terms & Conditions for further details.
